Who you're buying from

We sell pet products — dog toys, chews and beds — sourced and shipped within South Africa.

Prices & payment

• All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay — free on orders over R1000.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard and instant EFT, processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Your order & the contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract forms only once we accept and dispatch your order — see our Terms.

Cooling-off, returns & refunds

Under Section 44 of ECTA you may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it, for any reason, and return it for a refund (you cover return shipping unless the item is faulty).
